The BeBop Channel Content Festival is a unique festival that rewards our Officially Selected films and web/tv series with Stock Grants. We select films and web/television series of all lengths and genres that demonstrate, in the spirit of multi-cultural expression, themes and topics of relevance to the new Harlem- the most globally recognized American community spanning the past 100 years!
The 2020 festival will take place in multiple locations in Harlem over a four day period in June, including outdoor events and screenings in the heart of the "Mecca". The Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Office Building, Imagine, and Paris Blues are just a few of the selected venues of the festival!
Eligible selections will appear on The BeBop Channel and its associated platforms.
Awards & Prizes
All Official Selections over 7 minutes are eligible to receive 4,000 shares of The BeBop Channel Corporation stock in the form of Restricted Stock Grants as part of a Licensing Agreement and Category Winners will additionally receive Award Certificates. Works under 7 minutes are eligible to receive 1,500 shares.
Rules & Terms
NOTE: We do Not Discern Between Formats During the Submission Process i.e., films vs web series, features vs shorts, or animation etc.. However, we do make those distinctions when we present our awards. We accept works of all genres and formats for consideration in the categories of:
Works can be submitted regardless of when they were completed.
Submissions do not have to be premieres to be selected for exhibition.
Non-English projects must contain English subtitles if selected for

ALL SUBMITTERS MUST AGREE TO:
1) Submit a Vimeo link via FilmFreeway or send link to
2) Be subject to a 10 day acceptance window to accept or decline The BeBop Channel Stock Grant License Agreement which will be emailed to Official Selections. (This will not affect Official Selection Status.)
3) Official Selections proceeding with licensing agreements must submit an .srt file for closed captions. (which can be obtained for about $1 per minute from companies such as rev.com-- not an endorsement.)
Applicant(s) must have the legal ownership right to participate in
If your submission is selected for screening, you agree to provide
the festival with promotional materials such as stills and bios.
The BeBop Channel Corporation is hereby granted the right to utilize
promotional materials and excerpts from any film accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The SUBMITTER shall indemnify and hold harmless The BeBop Channel Corporation, and its affiliates and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving
copyright, trademark, credits, publicity and screening.
