COVID-19 POLICY: In these unprecedented times, we, like other festival organizers, wish to strike a balance between providing you, our patrons, with quality entertainment experiences and keeping you safe. The BeBop Hotel Festival shall follow the guidelines set forth by The State of New York, Dutchess County https://www.dutchessny.gov/Departments/DBCH/2019-Novel-Coronavirus.htm. and the city of Poughkeepsie, New York  https://cityofpoughkeepsie.com/coronavirus. Being that any estimates or guidance regarding Covid-19 are forward looking, we cannot know for certain whether conditions will exist for our festival to occur on the scheduled dates of August 10-12, 2021-- although we certainly anticipate they will. To that end, our policy provides a full refund to all patrons in the event the festival is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. PLEASE BE AWARE that we will offer patrons an option to hold their reservations for a 'Rain Date'. In the event the festival must be rescheduled, we cannot ensure availability will exist for patrons who have received refunded reservations.  

 

Room Prices: Room Prices are based upon double occupancy. Room Prices include all amenities, accommodations and services outlined here in the Room Description, together with full admission to the performances and events presented by The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival. Room Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases of goods and services (including, but not limited to various beverages, dining services, products offered by onsite vendors or any such goods and services for which the Hotel customarily charges a separate fee). Additional Room Prices are charged for 3rd and 4th Guests in a stateroom. The Stateroom Price for 3rd and 4th Guests have the same inclusions and exclusions as stated above.

 

Taxes and Fees: Government taxes and fees for all of the services offered in Guests’ Room Prices are included in Room Prices.

VALID DATE(S) OF RESERVATION AND PURCHASE: Reservations and purchases for The BeBop Hotel Festival are only valid on dates when the festival is in session, irrespective of any booking or ticket system which may allow a reservation or purchase to occur outside of those dates. Reservations for Rooms are only valid for check-in on August 10 and/or 11, 2021 with a maximum stay to check-out no later than August 12, 2021. Wristband day passes are only valid for use, depending on the requested date(s), August 10, 11 and 12, 2021. Please be sure to check your date(s) of reservation or purchase prior to submitting your booking or purchase.

 

Payment Obligations Upon Completion of Reservation: Upon completion of a Reservation, Guest is obligated to pay the Room Prices based on the full occupancy set forth in the Reservation and any additional purchases made directly with The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival. If the Reservation is shared by more than one Guest, the Primary Guest shall have full financial responsibility for the Reservation (see Obligations of the Primary Guest).

 

Obligations of the Primary Guest: The Guest that places the Reservation is considered the “Primary Guest” and is the “owner” of the Reservation. The Primary Guest will be responsible for receiving all communications, selecting the Room at the time of the Reservation, and ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner. Any change or modification to the Reservation must be initiated by the Primary Guest and it is the obligation of the Primary Guest to convey such changes and modifications to the other Guests in the Reservation.

 

Method of Payment: The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival accepts payments by credit card, Paypal and by check or money order payable to:  “The BeBop Channel Corporation” 178 Columbus Ave. P.O. Box 231143 New York, NY 10023 and must be received within 10 days of the day you make your registration to avoid cancellation of your registration.  Checks and money orders will not be accepted after July 1, 2021 irrespective of the date registration was made.

 

Currency: Unless otherwise noted, all prices on the website and any fees associated with the festival are quoted in United States Dollars (“USD”), and all payments to The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival will be charged in USD. International Guests may incur additional fees assessed by their bank or credit card processor.

 

Returned Check Fee: The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  charges $25.00 for all returned checks.

 

Non-Refundable Payments – Refund Events: Except as set forth in this section, Room Price payments made to date or paid in the future are non-refundable. Payments are refundable only when The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival cancels or reschedules the festival (“Refund Events”). Guests may otherwise elect to continue their reservation with the rescheduled festival--“Rain Date”-- without any increase in Reservation Price that was to have been available to them if the festival had occurred on the original date set forth.

Health Restrictions: Guest agrees to comply with any and all health restrictions imposed by The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or any other governmental agency or body with jurisdiction over this festival. Guest is responsible for providing any information requested and for clearing any health or safety requirements or limitations, regardless of when issued or applied including, but not limited to, testing performed in The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  prior to entering the hotel or at any other time during the festival. Denial of entry due to failure to adhere to the above is not a Refund Event (see Covid-19 Policy above).

 

Right to Modify or Cancel Festival:

• Right to Modify Festival: The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival may modify programs and schedules, change entertainers and schedules, modify amenities, and/or delay or change performances or events without any further obligation to Guest and any such change or modification shall not be a Refund Event.

• Right to Cancel a Reservation: The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time at its sole discretion, and such shall be considered a Refund Event provided the cancellation is of no fault of the Guest.

• Right to Cancel Festival: The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  reserves the right to cancel the festival for any reason. Such cancellation shall be a Refund Event.

 

Name Changes: Complimentary name changes and Guest additions will be accepted until July 1, 2021; all such changes must be communicated by the Primary Guest. 

 

Hotel/Festival Check-in: The Primary Guest under the reservation will be required to check-in with a valid ID and a credit card for incidentals.

 

Photography and Video Policy: Video or audio recording, filming, or photographs may occur at The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival that may be owned, licensed, assigned, or distributed nationwide and worldwide by The BeBop Channel Corporation, their affiliates and assignees. By acknowledging the Terms and Conditions of Reservation of The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival at the time of completing a reservation, Room/Festival Guests allow, and expressly authorize The BeBop Channel Hotel Corporation, their affiliates and assignees the use of Room/Festival Guests' likeness, and/or appearance and voice on any film or video format now known or hereinafter developed in any manner whatsoever. Room/Festival Guests will not receive any compensation for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against The BeBop Channel Corporation, their affiliates and assignees for such use.

 

Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card at check-in.

 

Festival Information Updates: The information provided herein is valid as of this date and could be changed or be modified prior to the festival. When completing this reservation, Guest agrees it is his or her responsibility to periodically visit the web site (www.beboptv.com) to learn about any festival updates, special programs or other features, and to carefully read and review any updates sent to you by The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival.

 

The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival Terms and Conditions of Reservation: By completing a Reservation, Guest expressly agrees to be bound by and accept the The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival/Festival Ticket Contract. In addition, Guest agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival/Festival Ticket Contract. Failure to accept the The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival Terms and Conditions of Reservation in the time frame and manner determined by The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival, and/or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival/Festival Ticket Contract, The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival reserves the right to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund. 

 

Limitation of Liability:

• Not Responsible for Acts of Third Parties: The BeBop Channel Corporation, its affiliates, parent companies, employees, shareholders, officers and directors (collectively “The BeBop Channel Corporation ”) does not own the hotel or operate any entity that provides goods or services for your stay, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food or drink service providers, etc. As a result, Guest agrees that The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity, nor is The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.

 

• Force Majeure: Further, The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  shall not be liable for, any loss or damage as a result of causes of any kind beyond the reasonable control of The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival  (a “Force Majeure Event”), such as, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, changes in laws and regulations and other acts or demands of civil, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, etc.

 

• Limitation of Liability in the Event of Festival Cancellation: As stated above, the cancellation of The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival is a Refund Event. As such, Guest may elect to participate in the applicable Refund Program. The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival obligation to Guest is limited to the repayment of amounts heretofore paid to The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival for the Room Price and any additional purchases made directly with The BeBop Channel Hotel Festival. Guest shall not seek, nor shall The BeBop Channel Corporation be liable for, any losses or damages incurred by Guest, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including but not limited to attorney fees.
